First of all, they did not recommend extra procedures, and the clinic staff and doctor were extremely kind, so it stayed in my memory. I think they were the kindest among all the dermatology clinics I have been to so far, and they prescribed medication for free while explaining everything in detail. I think I will use them often when I get procedures in the future. I think the acne extraction was done not by the doctor but by the person in charge at the clinic, and it was not painful. They checked my condition throughout and gave me additional advice, which was helpful. I went in very scared because I heard extraction hurts, but it hurt less than I expected, so that was good.
