They handle things quickly and efficiently, and they're kind. For the price, I honestly wasn't expecting amazing kindness, but they are kind. Making a reservation is easy too, and I got laser hair removal through an app event, and it was decent. I didn't get a private feeling, but it also didn't feel completely like a factory-style clinic
