Their way of speaking isn’t exactly soft, but they listen carefully and thoroughly, and the procedure is meticulous too. I went to have a scar that looked like a mole removed, and they said the root is deep, so it would probably need to be done several times. But the downside is that the wait is long. Every time I go, I have to apply numbing cream and wait too, so it seems to take more than an hour.
