I used it when laser hair removal was on discount, and both the location and the facilities were good. The reason the doctor name field is blank is that during the laser treatment, after wearing eye shields, a doctor and nurse came in to perform the procedure, so I don't know the doctor's name and am not writing it separately. It seems like a good place to use when there is a sale. Each session is scheduled in advance on a reservation basis. I liked that they didn't just cram people in and rush through everything.
