When I made the reservation, the desk staff's phone manner wasn't great, but I was satisfied with the Botox. I would be willing to go back for another procedure in three months. I liked that they didn't push other procedures, and the nurses in the treatment room were also kind. I was worried because it's a factory-style clinic, but it's good value for money.
