A very, very, very factory-style dermatology clinic. The price was a big advantage, so I bought a 1 million won membership and consistently got procedures like InMode and wrinkle Botox, but even if I made a reservation, every time I went, waiting 1 hour was standard, and the staff were not particularly kind either. Procedures other than Botox are not recommended.
