I arrived on time, but because of a complaint ahead of me, I waited for over an hour. So I ended up going in for the procedure almost when the clinic was about to close. Maybe because of that, when I had Shurink, they proceeded without anesthetic cream, so it was very painful, and I was flustered when the doctor said it was okay to do it without anesthetic cream. Still, for the Botox and Shurink procedures, I happened to get a doctor who was quick-handed and quick to catch things, so I was satisfied with the procedures. I was satisfied with the consultation and the procedure results, but the wait time was too long, and in the case of complaints, it seemed like the clinic did not handle them well.
