I had a mole removed here, and it scarred. Before the procedure, they said this mole would look white after the procedure. But if I had known it would be like this, I don’t think I would have had the procedure. Communication was poor and they were unfriendly. They asked me questions while doing the procedure, but laser removal is extremely painful, you know. I couldn’t have a conversation, and after it was over, they just left abruptly. Since my skin was already being burned away, even if communication had gone well, I guess the scarring would have been the same. They dug out the mole down to the root with the laser. I think they were trying to remove the mole in one session, but after the procedure, it looked like they had actually gouged out my skin, so I was shocked…
