I had laser hair removal for a man's beard, and the machine was not GentleMax but Apogee. They do it well without overdoing it so there are no side effects like hyperpigmentation, but they don't do it meticulously. It really ended after just one quick sweep, so sometimes there were spots here and there that had not been treated. But it was worth going at the cheap price. Recommended for cost-effectiveness
