I had a consultation for repositioning, and they recommended fat grafting as well. The cases and consultation felt lacking in professionalism. Above all, when I asked whether fat 'removal' was necessary, the doctor got very offended and said whether it was right for a patient to discuss the surgical method with the doctor. They flared up so much it made me wonder if they had ever had a problem with fat removal. Of course, it may be something that has to be decided after opening it up, but I found that out because, while going to other hospitals, there was a doctor who answered that way. For an under-eye fat repositioning patient for whom whether to remove fat is important, I found the doctor's qualifications and personality questionable and unpleasant for answering like that…
