A friend had silicone put in their nose and it turned out fine, so I went for a consultation. They asked what I was thinking about, and when I said I was only thinking about the bridge, they said the tip was also kind of blunt so it would be better to do both, and since my nose is short they recommended using autologous dermis to lengthen the nose, putting silicone in the bridge, and septal cartilage for the tip. The consultation fee was 10,000 won.
