I found it online, and it appeared on a list of hospitals good at under-eye fat repositioning, so I went out of curiosity. They didn’t make unreasonable demands, but repeatedly pressured me, saying it would look pretty only if I had fat grafting. I had under-eye fat repositioning without grafting, and I’m satisfied because my dark circles improved and the loose skin was also tidied up to some extent.
