From the first time they helped me make a reservation by phone, the staff were very kind, which was nice. I also liked that they told me things like the price over the phone, and the consultant was very kind and seemed to look after things well. I really liked that the director honestly told me what could be improved and said it would be possible, and also honestly said when something seemed difficult. They recommended fat grafting, but other clinics said I didn’t necessarily need to do it, so I think it would have been better if they had explained more clearly why it was needed.
