I had Fraxel treatment at another clinic too, but I didn't see much effect, so I got treated again at this clinic. I think Director Choi Young-jae has moved to another clinic now, but he performed the treatment meticulously and recommended treatments that I needed. It didn't feel like hard-selling. Also, since I'm sensitive to pain, I need to keep anesthetic cream on for a long time, and it was possible to have the anesthetic cream on for 1 hour. The staff aren't especially kind, but they aren't unfriendly either. As an aside, the cleansing milk here feels nice to use, so I want to buy the same one.
