I had a pico combination laser here 6 years ago, and this year, 6 years later, some melasma and freckles came back, so I visited for the second time. I was surprised because there were so many reviews saying they were kind. Back then and now, the doctor would say, yes, it seems like we can do pico laser, explain side effects in about two sentences, and leave. There wasn't much extra explanation and he wasn't kind either. But I was very satisfied with the result, because the laser wiped out my black freckles in one go. After 6 years I visited again, and he said, wow, you came after a really long time, and then immediately said we'll do the procedure. Still, back then I went straight home after the laser, but now...
