To be honest, the wait was long, there were a lot of people, and the doctor and staff looked busy, so it was not especially super friendly and none of the rating categories above exceeded average. But the amazing part is that the procedure results were good. I was satisfied with both the semi-permanent eyebrow removal and mole removal. In particular, the eyebrow removal had only left faint traces before, but it was really cleaned up neatly, and a large mole on my lip was also removed cleanly. I think I may need to go one more time for the small ones, but I was recommended to go there too, and although I went without high expectations, it turned out to be good.
