I had double eyelid surgery when I was young, about 910 years ago. I said I wanted a thick double eyelid with incision, but they said that embedding would suit my eyes better, so I had that done together with an inner corner procedure. About 4 years later, one side loosened, so I had revision surgery at another place. Since it was my first double eyelid surgery, I had a thin and natural embedded line, so I think it would have loosened eventually anyway. I remember the shape turned out very natural and they did it well.
