I made a consultation appointment and went in, but they asked whether I had an appointment. When I said I did, they helped me check in at the kiosk. But maybe it was missed, because I waited for over an hour, and then they said the director had gone home and wasn’t there, so the counseling manager hurriedly did the consultation. There were so many people and it was so crowded that I thought the consultations were just backed up. I never imagined mine had been missed.
