I had arm liposuction, but it wasn't that great. They didn't properly do the accessory breast area, and it sagged. I was young and was a muscular type without much fat, but it sagged. But they said it couldn't be helped because of the structure of my arms. I just ended up with scars and sagging. Still, even before doing it, the doctor did say that there wasn't much fat to remove, so not to expect a big effect, because I was the muscular type.
