I went in for a consultation because my nose was a bit bulbous and the tip had some flesh on it. I thought it would be simple since it wasn't about the bridge but just removing flesh from the tip, but it turned out that narrowing the nasal tip was more difficult than I expected. If it had felt like a sales pitch, they would have recommended surgery, but they spoke honestly and professionally, so I decided to hold off on the surgery. It was a consultation that made me trust them.
