I visited for a consultation about nose surgery, and both the consultation manager and the director were kind. During the consultation, the director looked carefully and did not push surgery excessively, which I liked, and he explained things gently and well. The consultation manager was kind, but I felt she was overly friendly and strongly pushed for same-day booking, which was really hard for me. That part was such a big minus that I ended up changing my mind and deciding on another hospital.
