They were rude. When I asked questions, they didn’t explain the reasons or anything extra, and just answered briefly, so I ended up leaving having only managed to ask half of what I wanted to ask. They charged a 5,000 won consultation fee, and I didn’t have a separate consultation with the manager. The price wasn’t cheap.
