I got thigh liposuction, and my butt completely collapsed. They also didn't remove the fat properly, so the front thighs are still the same, while they took out everything from the back thighs. The banana fold is bumpy, the saddlebags area has dents, and they didn't remove anything from the inner thighs, so I can't even hope for a thigh gap. The waistline was uneven too. I did it 2 years ago because I didn't know any better and it was cheap, and it was a total disaster. I'm going around for revision consultations, but no hospital has said they can reconstruct the thighs yet, so I'm still just going from place to place. Please, don't do it here, and even if it costs a little more, go to a famous place that does good work...
