I went in for a consultation, and the doctor was extremely kind and explained things as if surgery was not an obligation but an option. I don't mean he literally said that, but he explained what would happen with each approach. Rather than saying which one would be prettier, he calmly explained how each option would turn out and which procedures would be meaningless, which made him seem very trustworthy. That said, the cost is insanely high compared to other clinics. If it's a large case, it's about twice as much, and I'm torn because I want to get it done here.
