I had experience with buried-suture surgery in my early 20s and lived satisfied with it, but it wasn't that the stitches came undone. My upper eyelids became heavy and the double-eyelid line got smaller, so I had revision surgery. I also had forehead lift surgery for my dad at the same time. The result is pretty satisfying. It doesn't look too surgical and turned out naturally. The scar under my dad's eyebrow also faded. It's been about 3 years since the surgery. Thank you.
