I had surgery last Saturday, so today is already day 3 haha After the surgery I kept thinking I should write a review, and only now am I finally writing it. With this, I have become a veteran who has had double-eyelid surgery three times..ㅡㅡ;; It's not that I didn't like the line or anything like that, no. The only reason was that one side had loosened, so I ended up having a third revision. The first time I did it I was in 11th grade, and before even 2 years had passed, my right eye had loosened.ㅡㅡ;; So after the CSAT in 12th grade, I had surgery again only on the eye that had loosened. But that one also loosened again in less than a year ㅠ.ㅠ So I had it done again this time. Since I was already doing it, I also had inner corner widening this time too (when I had it done the first time, I was younger and was scared it would look obvious, so I didn't do inner corner widening and just had a hidden double eyelid), and I made the line about 2 mm higher than the original^-^ Even though it was the third time, I was still nervous on the day of surgery.ㅎㅎ The appointment was at 2 p.m. on Saturday, so I went with my mom before 2. After sitting for a bit, the doctor came out and said it looked like we'd have to wait a little. So I thought, well, that's fine... but then the doctor said they'd order us a meal!!ㅡㅡ;; I was a little flustered and kept telling my mom it was okay, but they insisted on ordering it anyway.. While waiting for the food, I was sitting there and somehow had a bad feeling, so I asked the nurse how long we'd have to wait~ But the nurse couldn't even answer and was trying to brush it off a little, so I kept pressing her!! Then she said it would probably be past 4 o'clock..ㅡㅡ;; I was really, really annoyed and angry, but then the food arrived. So my mom and I thought, whatever, and ate the meal.....and that kimchi stew was so, so, so delicious!!^0^ㅎㅎ The anger I'd felt just a little while ago vanished like it was a lie (ahh, I'm too weak when it comes to food... sob) With my stomach full and in a good mood, I waited while watching TV ㅋ_ㅋ I was watching a rerun of Gag Concert (Taek-i) for a while when the nurse called me. Time for the shot~ ㅋㅎㅎ Finally! I was happy and went to the injection room, bared my butt, got one big shot~ and when I tried to get up, the nurse said I had to lie down. So I lay there, rubbed the spot hard while thinking, get well soon~ get well soon~ and then.......fell asleep.. This dull girl.. The doctor woke me up, and when I got up, an hour had already passed..(ㅎㅎ I must have been pretty tired^^;;) and I lay down on the operating table.^-^ While lying there with disinfectant all over my face, I heard the doctor and some middle-aged woman outside arguing loudly.. Oh my, wondering what was going on, I listened carefully, and apparently that hospital is really good at making people wait. The woman had come to get a mole removed, and because they made her wait way longer than her appointment time, she got angry and was yelling at the doctor..(Probably... they didn't order that woman a meal!!) So... so... I had to get off the operating table. They said they'd remove that woman's mole first, sob. Originally the doctor had told me to wait in the director's office, but sitting there alone was so boring. So with my whole face coated in orange disinfectant, I walked all around the hospitalㅎㅎ Anyway. And then the time I got back onto the operating table was 7 o'clock...ㅡㅡ;; I asked the doctor how long the surgery would take, and he said it would be an hour. Since I had to be home by 10 to watch Spring Waltz, I was feeling a little rushedㅎㅎ So I thought, okay, if it's an hour, there's still time! and lay down on the operating table. The doctor was doing the design, and I think about 20 to 30 minutes passed. After the design was done, a patient came in for treatment, he treated that person, and then surgery started again a little before 8 o'clock. How can I know that so precisely? Because after the surgery had started and some time had passed, my mom outside was talking with some other ladies about whether to watch River of Han or A Duty to the Parents.ㅎㅎ Lying there, I could hear both my mom and the ladies talking and the TV soundㅎㅎ In the end they seemed to decide to watch River of Han... and after a while that finished, and I heard my mom say we had to watch Land and to switch to channel 6, then Land was on for a while and the ending signal music came on..ㅠ.ㅠ Doctor, you liar~ Spring Waltz is about to start now!! In the end, sadly, I had to hear the title song of Spring Waltz from the operating table.. sob.. So the surgery ended at 10:18 p.m.~ After a huge 3-hour operation, I came homeㅎㅎ Even though I couldn't watch Spring Waltz, after taking care of that hateful loosened right eye, I feel so much lighter~^0^~~ I'm going to go for outpatient treatment in a little while~ I want to go quickly, but..ㅎㅎ There's eye boogers stuck all over my eyes right now, so it's really miserableㅋ_ㅋ The doctor said to come by 6:30, but who knows.. how long will I have to wait again.. sob.. ㅎㅎThat was way too long, right?? If it turns out pretty later, I'll post photos too~ㅋ_ㅋ Right, right.. I took a photo of my loosened eye so I could upload it to this community~ I thought people might be curious about what happens when an eyelid loosensㅎㅎ But I forgot and was organizing my camera, so that photo disappeared too..^^ When an eyelid loosens, it doesn't just turn into an eye without a double eyelid. Rather, it leaves a line behind, as if it had been drawn lightly with glue. I added that in case it helps^---^ Well then, bye~~~
