It wasn't the doctor doing the consultation directly, only the manager did, so I didn't trust it and didn't get the procedure done here. I could feel the manager was being defensive toward Gangnam clinics. They say the doctor has skill, but the fact that the doctor didn't consult directly made me feel that the clinic system itself lacked professionalism.
