I was planning to just get one session because people said it was effective, but during the consultation they were so articulate and persuasive that I ended up signing up for 3 sessions. I’ve completed 2 sessions so far, and even though I haven’t lost weight, I can see it in my own mirror and people around me say my face looks slimmer. I’m very happy with it. But I think you’ll only really see the effect if you combine it with dieting too.
