The doctor consultation was very detailed and lasted a long time, so it felt trustworthy, but I was not very satisfied with the surgical result. To prevent recurrence after keloid surgery, radiation therapy is needed, but you have to book it separately at another hospital, and the clinic does not actively inform you about it. Radiation therapy needs to be booked in advance, but it was difficult to coordinate the schedule. The hospital facilities are very old. There may be people with good surgical results, but in my case the scar did not settle cleanly, so I plan to look into another hospital with a different method within the next few years.
