I went for an under-eye fat consultation, but I couldn't meet the director, and the consultation manager consulted with me. Since there wasn't anything special, I think you could consult by phone instead of visiting in person, or listen to the director's explanation on YouTube and then decide. They said surgeries that require design are consulted by the director. The cost was the same as what was listed in the community.
