First of all, the consultation itself was done without a time limit. It was detailed, so you can leave with a lot of information, but the patient has to judge for themselves that this can always be a poisoned chalice. Since this director makes a U-shaped incision, there are clear pros and cons that can arise during the suturing process. I think the patient has to decide for themselves.
