Maybe because they are a board-certified dermatologist, the professionalism of the consultation was on another level compared with skin-procedure clinics run by general practitioners who are not dermatology specialists. I also liked that they explained things in everyday language so it was easy to understand. However, whether the degree of pain from the procedure itself is something people feel differently, I did receive an explanation about pain before the procedure, but the fact is that it hurt.
