Maybe because I went without an appointment, they just did the procedure without any consultation, and the manager lacked professional knowledge and consultation skills. At that time they also said they would do laser, but they didn't even include that. I think it was a huge relief that I didn't pay. This was a review from a year ago. I know the price has been adjusted since then.
