I visited because I was stressed about my nasolabial folds and wanted to get filler. Like other factory-style plastic surgery clinics, there were a lot of people and it felt rushed. I was disappointed that I went straight into the procedure after consulting with the consultant. The only time I had to consult with the director was during the procedure.
