I had surgery in April 2023. The manager is kind and negotiates well. The director is very blunt, and although I am satisfied with the result, the area above my navel is slightly sunken and the right side of my abdomen is a bit uneven. But it is to the extent that only I can notice, and other people did not notice. The biggest downside is that the scar is somewhat large. In particular, I developed a keloid on my abdomen, so I received 2 additional laser sessions as a complimentary service, but there was no effect, so I think I will need to remove it separately. In the middle of receiving aftercare, the front desk staff changed, and they are rude. The director is also blunt, so when I go in for aftercare...
