My chin was blunt, so I had fat grafting to make it a bit longer, but because it’s fat, there’s a limit to how slim it can make it, since it spreads over time. Still, over 80% of what was injected engrafted well, and just in case, I separately went to a radiology specialist to check for inflammation such as calcification. They said there was absolutely none of that, the blood flow was good, there were no lumps, and the layers had settled beautifully as if it were completely my own fat.
