My face had so many spots, melasma, and dark moles that it looked really messy. I went hoping to get IPL, but the consultation manager recommended toning, so after thinking about it I even paid for it, but transportation was too inconvenient and parking was hell ㅠ When I asked to cancel, they refunded it after deducting a 10,000-won consultation fee ㅠ And all the consultation really was was just choosing something from the menu where the prices were already written out.
