I was always bothered because my nostrils were large and slightly droopy, with asymmetry between the left and right sides as well. But I was told that I didn’t necessarily need revision rhinoplasty and that an alar lift alone could improve it enough, so I set the surgery date right away without hesitation. After the surgery, it really didn’t hurt at all, and I ate well too. The clinic explained the care instructions in detail, so I just followed them exactly, and after a week I had the stitches removed, could put on makeup, and was able to go out. The wound area is under the nostril wing, so unless I lift my head, it’s hardly noticeable …
