Maybe because my nose wasn’t that high when I first had surgery, after the swelling went down, the nasal tip gradually dropped, and even though it wasn’t a hump, it looked like a hump nose, so I had revision rhinoplasty at DB Plastic Surgery. Director BJH said I didn’t have much cartilage and the support itself had weakened, so they recommended surgery with autologous costal cartilage. The more it’s a revision surgery, the more firm support is needed, and my nasal tip was already very droopyㅠ I had surgery with a 4-layer support structure, so the fixation feels much better, and as time passed, the firmness at the nasal tip also softened a lot. The harvest site was a little uncomfortable in the beginning, but it was within a tolerable range.
