I had my first nose surgery at a clinic. While getting nose surgery, I also had alar base reduction, nasal wall narrowing, columella correction, and bulbous nose correction. You can tell from the before photos lol, but it was a spread-out bulbous nose. The columella was not very visible and felt like it was curled inward, so that was what I was most dissatisfied with. Overall, anyone could see my nose was big, my nostrils/alar base were wide, and my nasal tip was blunt, so whenever I took photos, it felt like only my nose stood out hugely, which was always stressful.
