I had heard a lot that Director Kim Da-alm at Obley Plastic Surgery is good at implant-free rhinoplasty, so I wanted to do it without an implant, but after a consultation where I was told that my nose might not change much with implant-free surgery, I chose to have the surgery with a custom implant that could correct it more definitively. Of course, I thought there would be discomfort or pain after surgery, but except for the discomfort of not being able to breathe through my nose before the cotton packing was removed, I felt completely fine, and I was surprised because there was no pain…
