My nose was originally very low, so I was told that autologous costal cartilage would be needed to create the nose I wanted, so I used autologous costal cartilage for my first surgery…😅😅 For the first month, I wondered if this was right or if it had failed, but once the swelling went down, I became very, very satisfied. Since I had to go straight back to work after the holiday, I asked them to make it as natural as possible but still with a noticeable change, and I think it came out just as I described haha. They said they would make it so that people meeting me for the first time wouldn’t know I had nose surgery, and truly, people seeing me for the first time don’t notice at all. I was able to get a defined nose without a major change from my original face…
