I had revision rhinoplasty, and after that I got hit. They shaved down the nasal bone a lot, removed a lot of scar tissue from the first surgery, used thin silicone, and added ear cartilage on top of donated costal cartilage, so my nose turned out really pretty. But someone hit my face, and after that my nose seems swollen and rotated. What should I do about this? It also looks like something like a thread is slightly coming out of the columella. Is this silicone?
