Functional Rhinoplasty

For my first surgery, I had autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip and silicone for the nasal bridge. Even if autologous costal cartilage is used for the nasal tip, can contracture happen or can it be absorbed a lot? I’m worried. I had a bulbous nose, and after raising the nasal tip it became somewhat better, but I’m scared of contracture or the autologous costal cartilage being absorbed. And I also had fat/tissue removal done together, and they said the removal becomes noticeable after about 6 months. Is that right?
