I have a bulbous nose and an upturned nasal tip, so I had surgery only on the nasal tip using ear cartilage. My requests were that I wanted the upturned nasal tip to become a straight nose, and that I wanted a boundary line separating the nasal tip/lobule from the alar wings/nostril base. Not to the level of looking pinched by a clothespin, but naturally. Today is day 5, and the nasal tip is still upturned, and far from having a boundary line on both alar wings, it looks exactly the same as before surgeryㅠ I asked the clinic, and they said it's because of swelling and told me to wait, but is this right?
