I heard arm fat really doesn’t come off easily, so I didn’t have huge expectations, but it was fascinating to see subtle changes. As of today, it’s been a little over two months, and I uploaded two after photos together. At first, my arm circumference was 285 cm, but now it has decreased to 252 cm. In numbers, that’s a 33 cm difference, and it’s actually quite noticeable. Looking at the photos, the line itself looks much more refined, so the overall feel has definitely changed, and the fit of clothes is different tooㅠㅠㅠ Especially when I take side-view photos, my upper arms look slimmer than before, so taking selfies has been more fun these days…
