I had facial contouring about 5 years ago from Director Kim Tak-ho at Taco Plastic Surgery, and realistically, I think the major swelling lasted about 2 months. For me, I think it took about 2 years until all the swelling completely went down. It varies from person to person, but this is one of the surgeries where the residual swelling really lasts a long time.
