My first surgery ended up making the nasal tip feel like it was too upturned, so I went through a really hard time emotionally after the surgery. The most stressful thing was that my nose looked short, and that wasn’t improved at all either. So I made up my mind that I should get revision surgery, but while I wondered whether it was right to have revision surgery simply for cosmetic purposes, every time I looked at my nose, especially my side profile, it really drove me crazy. The nasal tip height was also set too low, so there wasn’t a big difference from before. It was basically just that the bridge area had been made a bit more defined. So I lived almost to the point of feeling mentally unwell, and a little over 1 year later, I had revision surgery…
