Overall, I was very satisfied with the doctor’s consultation. The explanation was sufficient, and they professionally pointed out the condition of my face and the surgical direction, so I felt trust. However, perhaps because the hospital is fairly large, when I visited, the staff overall looked very busy, and I got the impression that the response and guidance on where to go were somewhat hectic and lacking in organization. The evaluations of surgical results and satisfaction seem to be on the high side, but personally I felt some disappointment regarding the overall hospital operations and internal management. Rather than the surgery itself, the hospital system and atmosphere…
