First, regarding the nose, right after surgery the philtrum area did not stretch well and my smile looked unnatural, but it gradually became more natural. My sinusitis is not 100% better, but I definitely have no headaches compared with before surgery I think I did so well to have functional and cosmetic surgery done at the same time, and for the facial contouring too, the major swelling has steadily gone down, and now I can feel the minor swelling going down. It seems to be going down differently day by day, so for now I really like it, and I am living my daily life well without any major discomfort or areas that bother me.
